A building can be designed only by a continuous creative, intellectual dialectic between imagination and reason in the mind of each creator. The placement and form of buildings in relation to their sites, the distribution of spaces within buildings, and other planning devices are fundamental elements in the aesthetics of architecture.

We, at Luxury Dens take pride in beginning with basics of planning right from the arrangement of the axes and orientation of buildings which helps in controlling the effects of sun, wind ,rainfall and air circulation. Communication among differentiated spaces and between exterior and interior is achieved through architectural overhanging eaves, mouldings projections, courts, porches, roofs, walls, door and windows. The choice of materials and methods is guided by the style chosen and the environment.  
 

Planning involves not only the control of cost in each area but also the proportioning of expenditures among land, materials, and labour in order to produce the most effective solution to an architectural problem.
